Business Development Representative - London - German Speaking

We are actively seeking an ambitious and experienced German Speaking Business Development Representative to join an international IT company who have been named by Forrester's & Gartner's report as the leaders in the market of Customer Insights, Analytics, Data Storage and Identity As A Service (IDaaS).

Our Client's solutions give Enterprise organisations real time information and visibility and control over their client data, in order to aid them to identify, engage and personalise the right solutions for their needs/wants.

  • Do you have at least 2 years IT Internal sales experience & fluent in German?
  • Do you have personal drive and internal motivation toward high achievement?
  • Do you have an interest in Technology & Software?

  • Follow up on leads and referrals resulting from field and marketing activity.
  • Proactively prospecting, researching and maintain up-to-date information on an assigned list of enterprise companies using LinkedIn and other tools
  • Identify decision makers amongst the targeted leads in order to start sales process.
  • Sustain sales activities; appointments, demos, proposals, cold calls, dials and database updates.
  • Partner with Account Managers and Sales Management to determine strategic approaches for sales.


  • Must be fluent in English & German
  • Proven internal sales experience, software solution/technical sales is a plus
  • Strong ability to influence at all levels and strong negotiations skills
  • Must be comfortable speaking with high level decision makers
  • Demonstrated ability to be proactive and take initiative to get things done

Salary: £35,000 - 40,000 OTE: £25,000 uncapped
