The role is a fantastic opportunity to join a very well established friendly team offering superb office environment and company profit share:

* Dealing with bookings efficiently to ensure that the nurses/care workers supplied are suitably qualified with the right experience.
* Efficiently coordinating the care required and develop rotas based on the availability of staff.
* Updating all systems in a timely fashion.
* Considering the needs of the service user, but also to allocate care in a way that maximises efficiency.
* Ensuring all staff deployed are appropriately trained and qualified, with compliance and legislation adhered to.

Candidate Profile:
* Strong planning and organisational skills
* Enthusiastic & highly motivated
* Experience of working to targets
* Proven telephone experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to problem solve and work as part of a team
* Experience of working in the care sector is desirable
* PC Literate
* Car driver with access to own vehicle
* GCSE English grades A-C
