Are you a strong proven Team Leader looking for a new opportunity? Or are you a Senior Support Worker looking for the step up into a new challenge? I am working on behalf of a growing company who require a Team Leader to add to the team due to growth of the company! The candidate with be working as part of the management team to promote person centered support and to support the staff team and ensuring that all regulations met at all times. They are looking for a dynamic individual who can think on their feet and cares about the children and their outcomes as much as they do.

Person Specification:

- QCF Level 3 in Children and Young People.
- Relevant experience of working with children and young people with challenging behaviours or complex needs
- The ability to support teams in challenging environments
- Knowledge and skills in support planning and risk assessment
- Knowledge of OFSTED/CQC

Responsibilities:

- Leading the team and managing the team on a day to day basis.
- Acting upon OFSTED inspection feedback, ensuring the team are taking the right steps to improve or maintain the service.
- Work alongside higher management and staff to ensure the home runs up to standard and to all regulations.
