£35,000 - £40,000 + Bonus + Overtime + Progression + Training + 25 days holiday

Excellent opportunity to join a growing international engineering consultancy who are looking to continue to expand and increase their turnover.

Are you a CAD technician? Have you had experience in infrastructure design (Micro- drainage)?

This well establish company is one of the largest privately owned engineering consultancies in the UK. They are looking for a Senior CAD Technician to join their growing team and help support the team on a variety of infrastructure projects.
You will be expected to deliver detailed designs of infrastructure for both residential commercial projects, flood risk and drainage strategies for planning and to support planning applications. The core responsibilities of this role will be to utilise CAD software, primarily AUTOCAD.

The Ideal candidate will be a senior CAD technician and from a civil infrastructure design background (MicroDrainage).

The role:
*Working to client specifications on a variety of projects
* An ability to undertake design and detailing of civil engineering infrastructure schemes (Flood risk and drainage strategies)

The person:
* Strong AutoCAD skills and experience.
* Experience with modelling software such as Micro Drainage
* To be able to supervise and provide mentoring to those with less experience.
