Care co-ordinator required in Huddersfield to join a friendly and hard-working team, helping them build hours across Kirklees within a home care (dom care) business

The care given to the service users is second-to-none and staff only deliver care that they would expect themselves or their loved ones to receive

My client offers a great experience in care and they are passionate about delivering a positive care experience for all their service users including personalised care and assistance at home, individually tailored care plans and regular reviews of the service provided

The role

Focused on care quality ensuring that carers are allocated to the service users at the right time with the correct timescales. You will keep excellent working relationships with service users, their family and work professionals. You'll keep records up to date, be responsible for holiday and absence cover and ensure recruitment are aware of staffing requirements. Working closely with the Branch Manager you will assist in 2nd interviews, supervisions and shadowing of new recruits. You will be flexible, a good communicator, work well under pressure and most of all customer focused. Your role as care co-ordinator is to ensure everything runs smoothly

The company are currently building the Huddersfield branch and need someone with home care experience with good contacts to be able to build on the business. The more hours the office accrues the larger the salary you will attract. Starting as a care co-ordinator but moving into the Registered Manager position as you prove that you can attract and build business

Looking for an established player who is already in the area and wants to leap into management


Experienced care co-ordinator within a domiciliary care company
Relevant qualification, willing to become a Registered Manager
Hold a full UK driving license and own vehicle and have a smart phone
Based in Huddersfield with excellent contacts within the domiciliary care industry
