Manpower has a vacancy for a Service & Repair Engineer to carry out warranty and non-warranty repairs on all hardware sold by the company, to an exceptional standard. You will carry out diagnostics and repair works on a range of Epos, Self-service, Tablet and digital signage hardware, with a focus on providing an excellent level of after sales support to our customers. Understand and apply the appropriate processes, policies and standards within the company management systems.

Main Responsibilities:
Understanding the business plan
Excellent product knowledge
Understanding of EPOS market
Commercially aware
Good understanding of internal IT systems and MS applications
Knowledge of relevant company process and procedures
Understanding of supply chain and supplier contracts
Ability to read circuit diagrams,
Knowledge of manufacturing processes
Able to create and follow work instructions
Able to resolve simple problems referring more complex problems relevant manager
Can use the telephone effectively
Communicates externally and internally in an appropriate and timely manner in order to ensure customer satisfaction
Good time management
Able to prioritise workload seeking guidance when necessary
Able to provide constructive feedback to management as necessary
Can work positively and effectively in a changing environment
Accurate keyboard skills
Able to give relevant and accurate updates on progress when requested
Understand and apply appropriate processes, policies and standards within the company management systems

You will need to have at least three years' workshop experience and be educated to GCSE level and have strong IT skills. This is a full time and permanent position with a salary of £18,000 - £22,000 dependant on experience, please contact me for a full job description or apply online
