A rapidly growing Fintech company, who specialise in the payment and financial services area, are looking for a C# Software Engineer to join their Cheltenham based team. They pride themselves on being a forward-thinking company; having also diversified into a number of other sectors, and are known for the good working environment they provide.

The company's IT function has increased in size over the past year, meaning it's a good time to join the company and get your teeth into some new, exciting projects. This salary for the role is between £30-40K, entirely dependent on experience.

The role will entail managing the full development lifecycle within the company's agile Research and Development team. Therefore previous experience of participating in sprint and release planning, daily stand up's and follow up meetings would be an advantage. You should also have excellent communication skills to enable you to communicate with those who don't have a technical background.

Skills and experience required:

* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate with those
* Experience of the Microsoft .Net framework, with particular focus on C# and WCF
* Database development experience
* Agile development
