Role overview:

Main Duties / Job Purpose:

To provide support to the Finance department assisting with both financial and administrative duties.

The role will be varied but will include:

* Assisting with the accurate and timely processing of timesheet and invoice, the effective operation and development of management systems for all accounting functions, particularly those relating to purchase ledger, sales ledger, payroll and petty cash account.
* Create sales invoices, update financial spreadsheets
* Assist with company purchase ledger, sales ledger and payroll and ensuring that the company's financial are up to date at all times
* Assistance with the preparation of appropriate financial reports for the monthly management meeting and upon request by the finance Manager
* Assist with the ordering of all company materials and equipment

Qualities/ requirements

Experience, Knowledge & Skills Required:

* An interest in accounts and a desire to develop a career within this area
* Strong academic results (particularly mathematics)
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to use initiative
