  • All documentation to be of a high professional standard and in line with company branding & style
  • Clear enough to be independently verified where required
  • Required to update any developments, change impacts etc. of 1,2 & 3
  • Clear, prompt, written communication with stakeholders & customers etc. outlining steps taken, steps yet to be taken and timelines

Service Desk & Service Support

  • Covering all services & processes
  • Clearly documented and communicated

  • Responsible for the handling of all issues and their timely resolution
