Duties & Responsibilities:
- Taking incoming calls into the branch
- Speaking to customers who enter the branch
- Creating the floor plans for clients and following search processes
- Renewals support
- Administration support for marketing, including creating email enquiries and mailing lists
- Generating and filling in Legal documents
- Providing full administration support to sales team
- Completing checks and filing appropriate forms within database
- Monday- Friday and every Saturday 9-5 with a day off during the week.
To be considered for this role you must be confident and able to speak to customers with ease. You will need to be energetic and enthusiastic with a background in administration and customer service. It is also a requirement that you will be 21 years of age with your own car and with driving license for insurance purposes.
