Purchase Ledger Clerk
Trial Balance Consulting have been assigned by a recognised business who seek to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their finance team based in Penzance. The role is full time permanent and will come with a salary of £17,500 to £18,500, depending on experience.
Working within a busy finance team and reporting to the Financial Controller, the main purpose of the role will be to ensure that suppliers are paid within agreed timescales.
Duties of the Purchase Ledger Clerk will include:
- Posting to the Purchase Ledger
- Batching, Matching and Coding
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Payment runs
- Supplier queries
- Complete month end procedures
Experience in Purchase Ledger and Accounts Payable is essential as is experience of processing high volumes of invoices.
