I am seeking an experienced Junior Sous Chef to join my client's lively kitchen in a stunning, historical gastro pub. The menu is a contemporary take on gastro pub cuisine with distinct French influences. The kitchen works with only the highest quality of fresh locally sourced ingredients.
This position would also be suitable for a Senior CDP looking to advance their career in the kitchen and gain experience in a more senior role.
The successful candidate will have two years' experience of working as a Chef in a similar environment.
Own transport is desired due to limited public transport routes.
