In this exciting role, you will lead the planning, creation and delivery of specific, targeted value propositions and activities for focussed B2B target markets.
Working closely with Marketing and Sales Excellence colleagues, you will ensure the delivery of targeted campaigns and programmes throughout each stage of the customer buying cycle, drawing insight from external sources, industry associations and customer interactions.
As a pivotal member of the B2B Marketing Excellence team, your success will be measured on Value Proposition relevance, target market penetration, lead generation, pipeline velocity and win rates.
What We Give:
You'll own and manage all related proposition development and ongoing iterations for your allocated propositions within the UK National Sales Organisation (NSO) and will work with colleagues across EMEA where relevant.
For your allocated target segments, you'll create impactful and compelling original client-facing content for all stages of the buying cycle, supporting the marketing and sales teams on key campaigns and initiatives.
Partnering with teams across the company, you will develop core proposition content and thought leadership pieces through working with leading industry influencers to align, collaborate and co-create market relevant propositions.
As a virtual member of the EMEA Field Marketing community, you will share and leverage best practice to ensure effective delivery of relevant content and programmes by staying current on key developments within core propositions, keeping your stakeholders up-to-date on these trends, and creating original client-facing propositions for all stages of the purchase journey, supporting the marketing and sales teams on key campaigns and initiatives.
What We Ask:
You must be a knowledgeable marketer with at experience of delivering customer marketing programmes. Experience of proposition development for particular segments (vertical, persona etc.) is preferred.
With a background in B2B marketing, you will need to combine your knowledge of customer requirements with a deep understanding of B2B product and service offering to drive pipeline growth and acceleration through engaging and relevant programmes to a target group of customers and prospects. Experience in a technology environment is preferred.
You will work with Campaign Strategists to inform and contribute to content campaign calendars and make data-driven decisions to inform and improve propositions.
You Will Need:
You'll be able to evidence when you have delivered improvements to business efficiencies, and used your project and time management skills to successfully deliver longer term projects alongside the day to day operational needs of the business.
Salary: £36,125 - £43,072 + 5% or 10% Bonus, depending on experience.
