The Just Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk for our client, a leading, high end e-commerce company based in the Essex area.

Working within a busy, social finance team, the successful applicant will be responsible for:

* Ensuring all invoices are processed, coded and posted accurately
* Setting up new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details
* Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements
* Investigating and resolving purchase ledger queries, including disputed invoices with suppliers and ensuring these are resolved in the best interest of the company
* Liaising with suppliers over any purchasing queries and assisting Customer Services with any purchase related enquires from customers

The successful applicant must have previous experience within a Purchase Ledger or Finance focused role. You will have excellent communication skills and high attention to detail, will be able to work to deadlines and under pressure and be a confident user of Microsoft Excel.
