Established for over 30 years, this high-end, environmentally aware business requires an exceptionally organised and efficient ADMINISTRATION OFFICE MANAGER to take complete control and responsibility for their UK office function. You will be working autonomously and providing first class support to agents in the field. You will need to be comfortable working the majority of the time on your own. This role is to replace someone who has been with the company for 15 years and the company are very proud that a large proportion of their staff have served more than 10 years.

A wonderfully varied role needing excellent office skills and confident use of Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. You'll be an excellent communicator, able to think on your feet and apply common sense:

·Open and respond to post/emails/faxes
·Process and distribute orders
·Expedite orders
·Acknowledge orders received to customers
·Handle telephone/email enquiries
·Resolve delivery issues
·Send invoices/statements
·Chase outstanding payments
·Administer payments
·Organise and support annual trade show/fair
·Hotel and travel arrangements
·Organise payment for office and associated utilities
·Stationery
·Marketing distribution

HOURS: 37½ -8:30-5:00 - Monday to Friday
HOLIDAYS: 20 + 8 Bank Holidays
SALARY: £22-24,000
