Our client is recruiting a Sous Chef for their busy Pub with rooms serving all fresh food to satisfied customers in the Hunstanton Area. The pub has a refurbished state of the art kitchen and is popular locally as well as with tourists. Fully furnished live in is available.

The Sous Chef Role

Hands on role working closely with the Head Chef
Producing Fresh Cooked Food - Modern British Menu
Managing and developing a small motivated Brigade in Head Chef's absence
Help Achieve GP targets, Hygiene & Safety Standards

The Person

Already working as a Sous Chef
Ideally from Hotel, Restaurant or Gastro pub serving fresh good food to large numbers
Calm Personality
Good Motivator & Manager

Salary & Benefits

Salary to £26-27k
