Maintenance Gas/Electrical Engineer

To support the infrastructure of the new exciting expansion of facilities on the resort, we are now seeking a Qualified Gas Engineer at The Warren Holiday Resort, Abersoch, Gwynedd, North Wales.
The Gas Engineer will form an integral part of the North Wales Maintenance/Operations team contributing to a high performing and positive team delivering high quality maintenance and a first class Customer Service ethos.
The successful applicant will need to be able to operate in a fast paced environment whilst being pro-active and maintaining a high level of productivity, accuracy and attention to detail at all times.
You must have previous experience in Maintenance and/or a grounds landscaping environment, have proven relevant Gas qualifications, be able to work on your own initiative, possess good communication, inter-personal skills and have an awareness of Health and Safety legislation.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:
You must be qualified in plumbing installation to a minimum of City & Guilds Part 1 and 2 (or equivalent) and/or NVQ Level 3 Heating & Engineering. Must also be up to date Gas Safe, desirably LPG, Caravans & Holiday homes.
Hours of Work:
The successful Gas Engineer will work from our holiday resort in Abersoch, North Wales and will be expected to work 45 hours per week over 5 days, operational over 7 days to meet business needs.
In return for your commitment, the successful Maintenance Gas/ Electrical Engineer will receive an excellent starting salary of up to £30k per annum and be eligible for company benefits*.
