Marketing and Campaigns Consultant
Are you a recent graduate looking for your next step on the marketing ladder?
Interested in traditional marketing e.g mail outs as well as updating social media, internet and generally supporting the business. This will include attending networking events as well as following up on leads with existing clients, driving leads through marketing campaigns, looking for opportunities, identifying target groups especially in the High Net Worth market.
You will be driven, enthusiastic with fresh ideas, who has good knowledge of social media marketing, as well as traditional marketing campaigns.
You will consult, create, launch and manage marketing campaigns for the High Net Worth office, through the formulation and implementation of effective direct marketing campaigns, shows & events, local relationship management of Introducers / Third Parties, tracking outputs into clear pipelines to project new business expectations, to support the targeted sales
Plan, design & deliver a marketing strategy for my client, aligned with regulatory and marketing standards, ensuring agreed activities are delivered to time, budget and quality required and achieve target KPIs and objectives.
Proactively create, plan and deliver targeted relevant industry campaigns, telemarketing and other initiatives, in collaboration with Group Marketing and other stakeholders, to generate inbound activity volumes, brand awareness and quality leads in target market areas.
Assess, review and recommend ideas which take account of market practice and market developments in the specialist niche market to improve efficiency, quality and impact of marketing activities.
Instruct, brief and manage delivery of services from local 3rd party suppliers and ensure activity is delivered to brief in line with business requirements, service level agreements and budgets.
Identify all opportunities where potential advice is required and ensure relevant leads are managed appropriate in the direction of the New Business Development team, tracking outcomes to measure success.
Build, maintain and develop relationships with teams, internal business areas and third party introducers to improve the quality of lead generation and maximise sales opportunities.
Develop pipeline visibility and maintain client contact strategies through the full use of Microsoft Dynamics whilst maintaining accurate reporting and develop best practices in the use of a CRM / sales pipeline management tools.
Deliver short term / one-off projects and activities as required by and to the standards and outcomes agreed with Line Manager.
Manage all external supplier relationships relating to any marketing or campaign activity.
5 GCSEs at A*-C (or equivalent) essential
Marketing qualification (CIM, IDM) essential
Negotiable basic salary to circa 30k
