A well-established manufacturer aiming to become the world's best has an opportunity to join their company.
They are recruiting for a Learning and Development Administrator to join the HR department and be responsible for Learning and Development logistics within the company. You will be responsible for implementing a training justification process, working with the companies employees to ensure training requirements are fulfilled.

The role would suit candidates looking for an opportunity in a large business. You must have an interest in Learning and Development and any experience would be advantageous. The roles responsibilities are:

- Assist the Learning & Development Manager in ensuring that the company is providing the employees with the relevant training requirements.
- Ensure the development and enhancement of a learning and education infrastructure is maintained.
- Collaboratively assist with the creation and monitoring of training performance metrics by compiling data from the LMS.
- Assist with the development of policies and procedures around learning and education.
Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office Skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). If you have a training or HR / HSE qualification it is desirable but not essential.
