I am currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager, on behalf on my client based in Ipswich, who is a multi-award winning online company secretarial software solution, who supports over 50,000 UK companies.

Business Development Manager
Salary £25,000
Monday - Friday 9:00 -17:30 (Permanent)

Job summary

The primary purpose of this role is to identify, qualify and close new business customers for the award-winning SaaS company secretarial software.

Principal responsibilities

• Seek out, qualify and close new business opportunities
• Respond to new leads quickly and professionally
• Regular outbound calls to targeted prospects
• Build a strong pipeline, manage sales cycle and close new business
• Represent the company at events and exhibitions
• Responsible for sales and achieving revenue goals
• Collaborate with marketing, product and customer service teams

• Persuasive and sales focused
• A successful track record of sales
• Experience with SaaS platforms desirable
