Site Manager with M+E experience

Site Manager with M+E experience required for a luxury developer who have been established in and around London for 20 years. In the market place they have one of the best names in the industry. Their projects are all bespoke large luxury housing projects.



Job requirements include:



* To take full responsibility and ownership for the timely delivery of the project in line with the project programme and completion dates
* Full ownership for Health & Safety compliance, protection of works, presentation and quality of the works
* Direct liaison with Project Manager / Construction and Project Director and general day to running of the development
* Monitoring and recording site progress
* Ensure all trade contractors are constructing to the latest drawings, details and current specification including customer selections
* Accurately record the progress of the works and report to Project Director any matters that may impact upon the timely completion and delivery of the development



At least 5 years previous experience of working on-site, for a main contractor is VITAL, must be working in residential construction. MUST have M+E experience. You must have valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid certificates. A full driving license is also important. Strong communication skills are also essential.
