Working within the University of Law’s Print & Design team you will be responsible for assisting with the successful planning, production, duplication and fulfilment of printed and electronic materials for the University.
You will be integral in the production of course materials within allocated programme cycles. Involved throughout the cycle, you may be required to format electronic materials in Microsoft Word, raise print requisitions and liaise with facilities staff in our centres regarding distribution.
Communication is crucial to success within the role, as you will be required to liaise with a variety of stakeholders such as course designers and external print companies in order to meet tight print deadlines.
For this role, you will require experience of working within a production, delivery or fulfilment environment. You will have proficient I.T skills and be able to demonstrate the ability to maintain processes and meet deadlines. A logical and structured approach to work accompanied by an acute attention to detail is crucial as is the ability to liaise with a variety of people and influence their working practices.
