Customer Service Executive - £18k - Theale

A world renowned IT Distributor is looking to add a Customer Service Executive to join their vibrant support desk team. Specialising in Microsoft products you will be assisting a vast array of businesses with their technical issues.

As a Customer Service Executive you will be:

* Logging tickets and escalating issues
* Remotely accessing PC's and resolving issues
* Training customers on new products
* Provide support

For this role as a Customer Service Executive you will ideally have:

* 1+ Years of 1st Line Support Experience
* Knowledge of Microsoft Products
* Excellent Telephone Manner
* Passion for Customer Service

As the successful 1st Line Support Analyst you will receive an industry leading package that will consist of:

* £18,000 Basic Salary
