£27,040 - £30,480 inclusive of London Weighting, depending on experience/performance
The Barbican Estate is in the heart of the City of London and contains over 2000 residential properties the majority of which are sold on long leases. There are also car parks, storage facilities and a commercial centre. We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to provide an excellent service to our leaseholders and tenants. You will be required to answer solicitors’ enquiries with regard to the sale of leasehold properties; administer and process claims from leaseholders wishing to extend their leases; administer and process rent renewals for residential tenants; process Right to Buy claims and provide support to the Revenue Collection Officer.
You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have experience of interacting with customers.
You will be numerate and have strong IT skills. You must be able to demonstrate an ability to work on your own initiative and be able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Experience of working in a property environment would be desirable.
This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and as part of the selection process the successful applicant will be required to obtain a Disclosure from the Disclosure & Barring Service.
