Graduate Recruitment Consultant

London; Next to Liverpool Street Station

Salary: £18,000 to £20,000 (Earning Potential - £35,000 year one, £60K year 2)

We are looking for ambitious, confident, articulate graduates to join our July Academy to become a specialist Recruitment Consultant. We aren't looking for those with experience, rather those that posess raw characteristics such as resilience, drive, excellent rapport building skills, money motivation and a desire to succeed.

The Role

  • Identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work, through social media and various other networking tools
  • Reviewing and clarifying job specifications, competencies and skills required
  • International account management
  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews
  • Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment
  • Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidates
  • Providing regular updates and feedback to managers and candidates
  • Generating new business using targeted sales strategies either on the phone or in person
  • Writing job adverts, registering new CVs, interview preparation, CV advice.
  • Building longstanding working relationships
