Assistant Manager - Quality & Contract Compliance
CXK is currently seeking an experienced Assistant Manager for Quality & Contract Compliance to lead on the implementation of quality assurance across the organisation with a focus on the National Citizen Service (NCS) contract.
As part of your role you will have the responsibility for ensuring that all aspects of the NCS contract meet minimum quality standards, ensuring the quality assurance is in place and implemented for both internal NCS delivery and supply chain provision.
You will have exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, proven experience in the design and implementation of policies related to quality assurance procedures and be skilled at both devising and delivering training.
This role is based in Ashford but will involve travel across Kent and out of county and the successful candidate must be flexible and able to meet the needs of the contract and the organisation.
