My client, a reputable London based Estate Agent, is looking for a self-motivated and well-presented New Homes Sales Negotiator to join their New Homes team on Tower Bridge

Responsibilities include:

Meeting with clients

Assessing client needs

Showing clients around show homes/developments

Responding to queries via e-mail and telephone

Attending meetings with other individuals involved in the sales and building process

Liaising with solicitors

Maintaining good relationships with clients following sales

Promoting properties via different mediums

Reaching and trying to exceed sales targets set by the company

Trying to build the client base for the New Homes Team

Making sure administrative records are kept up-to-date at all times

Skills needed:

Excellent customer service skills

The ability to inspire trust from clients

A professional attitude to all dealings with clients

A positive attitude

Good negotiation skills

Good business awareness

An interest in the sales and building process

Tact and diplomacy

Self-motivated

The ability to cope well under pressure

Determination

Good literacy, numeracy, and IT skills
