We have great opportunity for a talented Chef Manager to join and lead our team for one of our new contract wins, in Bristol.  We are seeking a chef manager who has a passion for food and has excellent culinary skills, wants to make a difference and gets enjoyment out of cooking good food, as well as offering excellent customer service, within this prestigious site.

Preferably someone who has experience working within a college environment.  You will be working for the largest contract catering company in the world where there is always an opportunity to progress.

Main responsibilities
  • Managing a team of up to 10 staff
  • Catering breakfast and lunch
  • Cooking to company menu spec, all from fresh produce
  • Responsible for all the financial aspects of the business
  • Training and motivating staff
  • Build an excellent relationship with the client
  • Ensure all customer requirements are delivered in line with the expectation

  • Strong financial awareness of the business, and have a very good understanding of profit and loss accounts
