Head of Affiliates & Partnerships - Global FinTech Brand - London

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading, fast-growing global FinTech brand, headquartered in Central London as Head of Affiliates & Partnerships. You will lead the global development, creation and implementation of our client’s direct online and network affiliate & partnership strategy in order to drive new customer acquisition and revenue.

The role will report into the Head of Online Marketing, and the successful incumbent will have the opportunity to build a team, as there are significant ambitions for the online affiliate and offline partnership programme.

Experience & Knowledge:

  • Experienced and commercially driven affiliates and partnerships professional, with at least 4 years of online affiliate management experience
  • Proven track record in affiliate channel growth, including managing agency partners
  • Excellent hands-on performer, also possessing strong strategic and decision-making capabilities
  • Strong influencing and persuasion skills, with key decision makers and stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to negotiate and put together winning deals that are sustainable
  • Highly analytical mindset and strong organisational skills
  • Evidence of strong team leading & team building capabilities, both in hiring and developing team members
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
  • A strong grasp of latest marketing technologies and platforms, and reporting systems, and being in touch with the latest trends and products
  • Degree educated, preferably with additional marketing qualifications.

Key duties:

  • Lead global efforts in the development and management of the affiliates and partnerships programme
  • Improve management of direct online and network affiliates.
  • Drive quality customer new account acquisition and revenue from new and existing remittance corridors.
  • Influence and persuade key decision makers and stakeholders
  • Manage all aspects of affiliate and partnership relations, including leading successful negotiations, including all contractual aspects - onboarding, ongoing communications, fraud, conflict resolution, commercial management
  • Create, monitor and report on all affiliate promotions and activity
  • Motivate affiliates to improve performance
  • Develop an offline partner programme in the longer term
  • Explore new opportunities in the remittance market, whilst focussing on customer account quality (LTV) and other key metrics
  • Reporting & analysis of all affiliate activity
  • Manage, motivate and lead all agency partners globally
