Change and Innovation Manager
An exciting opportunity to lead transformation programmes in a vibrant Local Authority.The role
To lead complex organisational redesign programmes and be responsible for achieving their successful delivery. Lewisham Council is undergoing significant digital and service transformation and this role will lead on and manage multi-disciplinary and multiple project teams to deliver organisational and cultural change, underpinned by new digital capabilities. The Change and Innovation Managers will be working with senior officers, advising Heads of Service, Executive Directors and Members on both the design and delivery of transformation activity.
We are looking for a Change and Innovation Manager to work on Children’s Social Care Service Redesign - This role will lead on the programming and delivery of the CSC service redesign, working alongside colleagues in the transformation team and CSC with the overall aim of modernising and improving the service.
What we’re looking for
We are looking for ambitious and innovative individuals with a passion for utilising technology to support behaviour change. We welcome applications from people with a background children’s social care and or people who have a background in programme management.
The appointment is for an 18 month period and we are happy to consider temporary secondments internally or from other organisations.
