MARKETING MANAGER in BRASTED
A Marketing Manager is required for a company who is the UK’s oldest building company and leading main contractor specialising in new build, refurbishment and design & build projects within the education, commercial and bespoke residential sectors across London and the South East. With an annual turnover circa £55m and with project values typically ranging between £3m to £20m, the company is very stable and have a long list of works being undertaken over the next 12 months and the foreseeable future. As the Marketing Manager, you will have a proven track record of working within a senior marketing role ideally within the construction industry. Duties will include:-
• Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department. • Production of Annual Marketing Plan and Quarterly Reports measuring results. • Development the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives. • Co-ordinating marketing campaigns. • Overseeing the company’s marketing budget. • Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans. • Organisation and attendance of events, trade shows and exhibitions. • Marketing and Estimating Meetings. • Organisation of events and exhibitions. • Website and Social Media • Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity. • Other duties as required.
• Management of Marketing database. • Management of Approved Select List/Framework applications. • Management of PQQ submissions and tender submissions • Management of interview presentations. • Management of business development leads. • Other duties as required.
• Management of Customer Satisfaction Survey policy and procedure. • Management of Customer Complaints policy and procedure. • Quality Auditor. • Assist with Quality Policies and Procedures. • Assist with gaining and keeping relevant company accreditations. • Other duties as required.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have proven experience within a Marketing Manager role, ideally with a construction company. You will also need to possess Advanced level Microsoft Office Professional skills including PowerPoint and Excel, with great attention to detail as well as excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Knowledge of InDesign would also be advantageous. Other required skills include strong analytical and project management skills, confidence personality, strong creative outlook, excellent organisation skills, strong communication skills, able to deliver results to tight deadlines and ability to work under pressure.
