Billing / Accounts Assistant - Legal Sector
Do you have experience working within a Legal environment / Law firm dealing with partners / lawyers billing?
The right candidate will have knowledge of Solicitors Accounts Rules and will have worked within a legal accounting role.
You will be confident and at ease speaking with senior members of staff to gain finance / billing information to help the accounts department run smoothing and effectively.
You will be comfortable using excel and able to pick up new systems with ease (training will be provided).
This role will involve some credit control and you will have a clear and engaging telephone manner.
If you have experience producing and amending bills, drafting bill cover letters, sending out bills and maintaining billing files. please apply!
