3rd Line Support Engineer

This is a fantastic opportunity for a 3rd Line Support Engineer to join a global market leading organisation based close to Bath. You will be involved on a day to day basis with a vast array of different technologies including but not limited to virtualisation (VMware), Amazon, Office 365 Microsoft Office/Exchange/Server, Active Directory, storage, networks and more. Working in an ITIL environment, the 3rd Line Support Engineer will be supporting a wide range of internal users both remotely and face to face and will involve some travel to different sites. The position will also involve some interesting project work as well as BAU and also involve managing/supervising other staff.

As the 3rd Line Support Engineer you will have previous experience of working in a technical 3rd Line Support position, working in an ITIL environment. You will have experience of supporting users with a range of technologies including Microsoft Office/Exchange/Server, Active Directory, virtualisation, cloud and networks. You will hold a full UK driving licence and be happy to travel to various sites.
