The Role:

Due to our clients continued success and ambitious plans for further growth, We have a fantastic permanent opportunity for a Commercial Account Handler to join their small team in Bath.

The focus of an Account Handler is to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and insurers; working closely and supporting Account Executives to act as the first point of contact for your client base, ensuring renewals, mid-term adjustments and new business are actioned and administered in a timely, efficient and compliant manner.

The Candidate:

  • Commercial Insurance background is essential
  • Experience in a broker environment is a real advantage
  • High level of ambition
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer handling skills teamed with a positive approach
  • Desire to achieve results
  • Target driven with the ability to meet and exceed expectations
  • Excellent time management
  • The ability to prioritise workloads
  • The ability to build and retain rapport
  • Cert CII - or willing to work towards
  • Experience with Acturis software - beneficial
