Our client is a trailblazer in the fast-paced world of online, digital, social and mobile gaming company with offices in central London and San Francisco (which you will also travel to occasionally or on an ad-hoc basis -if necessary). With a swashbuckling, can-do, 'ground breaking' attitude and a very unhealthy dose of creativity, dynamism and innovation coursing through their veins and bordering on madness, they are looking for an all-star Senior CRM Manager to help build and expand their online games offering.

They are one of the leading developers and publishers of social applications and games for social networks and has become market leaders in their sector with over 100 million users installing and using their applications. Our client has also built some solid relationships with the leaders in the gambling industry.

As the Senior CRM Manager you will be charged with creating planning and managing the players journey. This will include managing the life cycle from engagement through monetization and retention for the key segments.

You will work closely with the product team to implement new feature requirements that will increase the game performance. As a Senior CRM manager you should be data and KPI driven understand how to drive towards data proven results.

Requirements of a Senior CRM Manager

  • 2-3 years’ experience running CRM management in a relevant industry;
  • F2P and social Casino and online games preferred;
  • Experience in mobile and Facebook games preferred;
  • Experience managing retention channels: emails, push notifications etc;
  • Experience running AB (split) tests;
  • Graduate degree in Science, Math, Economics, Business or other relevant department;
  • Self-starter, takes initiative, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure and tight deadlines in a fast paced, changing environment.
