Summary

As a the key member of the team, PMs are a client facing, project management focused individuals who complete profitable, high-quality programs on time and within budget for our client(s) while building motivated teams and sustaining our culture of exceeding customer expectations and delivering results.
Robotics Project Managers (PM's) oversee the day-to-day jobsite operations for infrastructure buildouts within warehouse environments. PMs coordinate all site activities to include: the staffing and supervision of team associates; receipt and inventory of materials; securing equipment; implementing project plans per specifications; keeping projects proceeding on schedule and within budget; ensuring work is conducted in a safe and professional manner. PMs owns the project from set-up to initial kick-off to completion punch list. All scopes and aspects of work are to be done in accordance within the Robotics Specs and through all Robotics electronic platforms.

Responsibilities

* Creating, developing and executing detailed project planning activities including: project scoping, team planning, scheduling, budgeting, communication planning, risk identification and mitigation.
* Project execution and control activities, including: quality assurance and control, issue resolution, risk monitoring and control, compliance management, change management, team development, performance reporting, exception management and communications.
* Experience managing large and/or multiple full life cycle projects.
* Planning, monitoring and resourcing projects.
* Acting as the liaison between on-site client contacts, GM's, corporate management.
* Participate in on-site client meetings.
* Daily scheduling of associates. Submitting timely staffing requests.
* Conducting safety meetings and safety checks.
* Reporting daily activities and providing financial information to corporate office.
* Managing large teams of travelling associates and local temp workers hires.
* Ensuring all install is in accordance with Spec and Intellectual property requirements.
* Ensuring all Quality Controls are done through Workflow i.e. CURO software.
* Onboarding and obtaining all employee site access through control process Right-Crowd.
* Inventory Control and Training in ORACLE and internal reporting systems.
* Managing specific training through the network KNET. All associates must be onboarded and trained before work can commence.
* Maintaining a culture of Safety on site and keeping with all National or Local regulations.

Requirements

* Knowledge of materials, methods and tools involved in commercial buildouts.
* Knowledge of specific install requirements per Robotics specifications. This would include all processes and module specifications for Inbound, Outbound, and Robotic installs/functionality.
* Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and construction software.
* Exceptional organization and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deliverables.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills.
* Well-developed interpersonal skills with diverse personalities.
* Ability to interact professionally and timely with customers, vendors, management, and other stakeholders.
* Critical eye and an attention to detail.
* Proven ability to consistently meet deadlines.
* OSHA 10, CPR and First Aid Certifications preferred.
* Experienced in overall safety protocols in a warehouse / construction environment, to include: equipment checks, safety meetings, injury assessment and documentation.
* Previous hands-on experience managing large and/or multiple full life cycle projects.
* Strong people management skills.
* Aptitude for reading and comprehending plans, specifications, and shop drawings.
* 100% Travel Required.
* Certifications Project Management Institute (PMI) or Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
