Chartwells have an exciting opportunity for a Group Manager to lead the Catering and Hospitality operations across 4 colleges and 1 school in the Bristol  area.

Package description

Mainly Mon - Fri but needs to be flexible

8am - 5pm

Up to 35k plus company car depending on experience

Main responsibilities

As Group Manager, you will oversee the catering offer for students based across 5 sites,  with the support of your chef managers and the rest of the team

You will manage and deliver an excellent catering service through great food and excellent customer service. You will ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, introduce new ideas and develop the existing team skills. Build good relationships with the client. Forecasting and to improve service on a regular basis

  • Able to manage and lead a team both locally and remotely
  • Confident at building relationships with clients and team members
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Passionate about Catering and service delivery.

  • Extremely organised and enjoys working in a fast paced environment
