My client are a leading VC back provider of IT Cloud Services that are opening a new office in Coventry. To help in the amazing growth plans ahead they have a requirement for a proven Cloud Service Desk Manager. As Service Desk Manager you will ideally have a proven IT Managed Services background with proven ability in IT Service Management methodologies.

The Cloud Service Desk Manager will oversee all service requests, incidents and problems and act as escalation point for all requests and incidents both in and out of hours as required. The Cloud Service Desk Manager is primarily responsible for managing the performance of Level 1 and Level 2 services and support provided to clients (internal and external) and ensuring services are delivered in accordance with agreed service levels and in compliance with ISO and internal standards.
