Restaurant Manager Destination Fine Dining Restaurant
One of London's most high profile destination restaurants run by an internationally renowned chef is currently looking for an exceptional individual to join them as a Restaurant Manager.
The stunning venue is open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner seven days a week as well as running a highly successful brunch on the weekends. The 100 cover plus dining room can do over 400 covers a service.
You would be one of two Restaurant Managers supporting the General Manager with all day to day aspects of running an operation with a team of over seventy staff.
You will ensure that the front of house team is well trained and motivated consistently delivering the informed and friendly service that the restaurant is known for.
You will do briefing and during service you will be clearly identifiable as the manager on the floor greeting VIP and regular customers, offering support where needed and dealing with any issues that arise.
As a Restaurant Manager you will also support the General Manager with all back of house duties and training and developing the team.
The ideal candidate will be working as a Restaurant Manager in a quality London operation and have experience of working in a high volume operation that can do over 300 covers a day.
