A privately-owned London based company, which develops, manufactures and supplies fuel management solutions both nationally and internationally.
We're looking for an experienced Finance Assistant to join our small Financial Services team to fill a temporary vacancy. The job will involve working for 38 hours a week for period of between 2 to 6 months.
In this varied role your responsibilities will include:
- Accounts receivable
- Accounts payable
- Bank reconciliations
- Other administration tasks
Reporting to the Financial Controller - the ideal person for this role should have the following:
- Experience in a similar AR/AP role
- Excellent PC skills
- Excellent communication and telephone skills
- Have good organisational and time management skills
- Basic knowledge of general ledgers
- Strong customer service skills
Experience with SAP Business One would be an advantage.
