Our client is a rapidly expanding and exciting start-up based in central London. They are changing the game in the insurance industry by giving you more flexibility using cutting edge technology that can all be operated through the power of your smartphone.

This is a permanent role with a basic salary of £22K. 

How you can expect to spend your day:

  • Working in a fast-paced start-up
  • Dealing with customer enquiries 
  • Operating the companies Livechat and email enquiries 

The ideal intern’s personality and qualifications:

  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Some previous customer facing experience 
  • Must be calm and personable as dealing with difficult customer queries
  • The ability to speak another language is a huge bonus but not essential at all
  • Happy to work to a shift pattern between the hours of Mon-Fri 9am-7pm & Sat-Sun 10am-6pm (40 hours per week – Max 5 days)
