IT Trainee Client Support Analyst
We are delighted to be assisting our client with their vacancy for a Trainee Client Support Analyst. This is a superb opportunity for someone who hasn't necessarily gained IT experience at degree level but someone who loves IT / technology and is looking for a role. Our client is looking for andetermined and ambitious individual to help support their customers. If you have excellent attention to detail, the ability to engage with our customers via telephone and email, and you enjoy analysing reports, this could be the role for you.
As a Trainee Client Support Analyst, you’ll be given numerous responsibilities such as raising incidents, investigating incidents and communicating back the results of your investigations to clients and internal stakeholders.
Reporting to the Senior Client Services Analyst, you will be given training and continued support to achieve your personal career goals and individual ambitions.

The working hours for this role are shift based and after an initial training period will be covering one of two static shifts between the hours of 7am to 7pm on a Monday to Friday Basis.
The salary on offer will rise on successful completion of a probationary period to 18k per annum, initially starting at £16,000
