Central Employment are working with a UK leader in the creative and media sector as they look to appoint a Media Sales Account Manager.

Reporting into the Regional Sales Manager, the Media Sales Account Manager will be tasked in approaching new clients in the Durham, Teesside and North Yorks areas offering them creative media, advertising and marketing solutions.

Main Duties and Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve agreed revenue targets
  • To develop revenue from agreed client list/territory
  • Constantly find new business
  • Generate appointments with both new and existing clients
  • Fact find and take a brief from clients and prospects
  • To present campaigns to clients and prospects
  • Win business for the station at the required CPT
  • Contribute positively to the Sales Meeting
  • Work closely with creative writers and S&P Execs to deliver creative solutions to clients
  • Provide weekly revenue forecasts
  • To feedback and share market intelligence with manager and team
  • To provide first class customer service

Essential experience required:

  • A min of 2 years in a direct selling role
  • B2B field sales
  • A solution sales mentality
  • Ideally sold creative Media, Advertising or Marketing solutions
  • Knowledge of the Teesside, County Durham and North Yorkshire
