My Client an International technology company are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to work in their Paddington Office.
Daily Activities will include
Assemble GTM materials including clear channel plans and expected performance across a range of primarily owned (CRM, Social, In-product), earned (PR) and some paid channels
Review and feedback on new Rewards products/features prior to launch
Align activity with the manager to ensure complimentary campaigns and benefit from efficiencies of audience cross-over
Collaborate with additional business groups to ensure GTM messaging is on brand, on message and clearly delivers on customer promises
Help identify external opportunities to develop additional marketing activities through partnership, co-marketing or locally relevant events to amplify the ongoing promotion of Rewards
Maintain an active connection with the local subsidiary marketing groups (marcoms, Windows business group, Devices teams, Ads, marketing (trade), PR, Community management and Sales teams that support Ads), to identify cross-group opportunities
Drive internal communications with regards product releases and activities and update the local subsidiary on scorecard performance through local sub-wide touchpoints
Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Rewards in market
Localise marketing materials from international teams and execute locally
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Knowledge of the loyalty market and loyalty marketing an advantage
Proven professional experience in consumer marketing, advertising, professional services, or technology marketing.
Deep understanding of digital advertising, social media, and PR
Strong copy writing skills
Ability to interact and collaborate with stakeholders at various levels and cross-functionally within the Company
Execution and management skills with the ability to get things done effectively and deliver results in a timely manner
Must be able to work in an international structure, with remote management
