Lloyd Recruitment Services has an exciting job opportunity for an experienced Sales professional with proven Subscription Sales experience to join a very well established and reputable Publishing and Events company based in the West Sussex area.

The main purpose of the role is to drive new business sales of the subscription product offering, the Subscription Sales role will be calling mostly inbound subscription sales leads, demo the brand-new membership website and close the sale. There is great potential for the product and the successful candidate will join at an exciting time!

** Office Hours - Monday to Friday 9-5

** Salary basic £28K plus commission - OTE £36-£40K

Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Help drive new business subscription sales for the membership product
  • Regularly Hit/Exceed the monthly/quarterly new subscriptions - members revenue target
  • Reporting lead conversion stats to the Marketing Manager
  • Forecasting Pipeline Info to the Sales Manager
  • Selling award winning content via subscription to our brand-new website
  • Converting website Trialists in to full subscribers
  • Converting delegates of the brands event’s in to paying members
  • Upselling existing members
  • Refer relevant qualified leads to the wider sales team
  • To keep the CRM system up to date

Skills and experience required for the role:

  • Proven Subscription sales experience with a consultative sales approach
  • Excellent telephone and written skills
  • Experience of working to KPI’s and gathering leads through online, print and social media
  • Well developed interpersonal skills, internally and externally
  • Tenacious, creative, professional and consultative approach to sales
  • Experience of and a proven track record for consistently hitting deadlines and revenue targets
  • Experience of working with a CRM such as Salesforce
