As a junior web performance test project manager, you will be in a position to showcase your technical expertise by working 'hands on’ in project management and liaising closely with a number of household names within the ecommerce industry. You will also thrive within a challenging environment that provides the opportunity to work with an array of innovative and interesting technologies, all with the support you need to develop your expertise within the lucrative and forward-thinking web sector.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage web performance projects for your clients
  • Prepare all necessary steps for the project (e.g. coding, attending meetings, executing performance tests, reporting, etc.)
  • Contribute to the improvement of current solutions to support the evolution of the business

Required skills

You should:

  • Enjoy working closely with clients

  • Like a technical challenge
  • Be code-savvy
  • Like doing out of hours work


  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field
  • Programming experience, ideally in an OOP language (Python, Java, C++, C#, or Objective C)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Eligible to work in the UK


  • Exposure to technologies including Linux, Python, CVS, Git, Javascript, HTML, TCP/IP, JMeter, CDNs, cloud computing
  • Understanding of web technologies and performance
  • Non Functional Testing or Load Testing experience
