Fantastic Opportunity for Heart Failure Nurse Specialists in locations across the UK!

Hays Healthcare are pleased to be recruiting Registered Nurses with heart failure experience to work in conjunction with a well-known pharmaceutical company to run patient clinics at NHS Trusts across the UK. The role is to provide face to face care, information, education and support to heart failure patients within a clinical setting prior to them being discharged to the care of their GP. Responsibilities will include the initiation and titration of their medication, patient assessment, monitoring and ensuring the smooth running of a safe and effective clinic, while working collaboratively with the consultants and all members of the multi-disciplinary team.

We are looking for nurses who share our passion for improving patient outcomes and experiences and who possess excellent communication skills. You will be committed to developing and maintaining a level of clinical knowledge to be competent and confident to deliver the heart failure programme.

All applicants must have a valid NMC nursing registration and have passed validation assessments in the required clinical areas and demonstrate on-going continual professional development relating specifically to Heart Failure.

Key Benefits:

  • Sociable hours, full and part time positions available
  • Competitive salaries
  • Comprehensive induction programme and full product training
