Junior Business Development Executive London
Our Client is looking for an ambitious and confident Junior Business Development Executive to join the Telesales team, based at their London office. The purpose of this role is to introduce the company to prospective clients, qualify leads and gather information. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to start a career in telesales, and learn about office design, project management and fit-out from an experienced team of industry professionals.
Working as part of a sociable and successful Telesales team, this individual will be responsible for qualifying leads by making phone contact and when appropriate, book appointments for the sales team.
The main responsibilities of this role include:
- Making telephone contact with companies to discover new opportunities, qualify leads, and make appointments for the sales team.
- Developing a pipeline of potential prospective clients and gathering information to keep the database up to date.
- Attend weekly sales meeting to discuss your 'hot list’ and agree weekly targets.
- Keeping in touch with existing clients.
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual with a good telephone manner, and willingness to learn and grow within the company. You will have strong interpersonal skills, both face to face and over the phone. Previous experience in B2B calling is not an essential requirement but will strengthen the candidate’s position. You must be a dedicated and energetic team player who contributes to a positive environment and pays great attention to quality and detail. The Junior Business Development Executive should be well organised, tenacious and most important of all, demonstrate a great passion and enthusiasm.
