Financial Administrator - £18-£23k

Our niche client based in Godalming are looking for a new Office Administrator to carry out the following duties:

General responsibilities

Office role

  • First point of contact for the telephone
  • Dealing with client enquiries - letter, email, telephone
  • Compliance maintenance of client files / new business
  • Liaising with product providers and platforms

Client management

  • Inputting existing / new clients on back office
  • Generating hard copies for client recommendation reports
  • Invoicing
  • Portfolio switches & new investments
  • Portfolio reviews - simple and standard

Additional responsibilities

Formex storage

  • Maintain record keeping & management of boxes
  • Management of client files for storage

Complete Office

  • Stationary orders & office supplies
  • Printing

All training is provided for the internal as well as the back-office systems.

Person / Experience Required

  • Time management / ability to prioritise
  • Strong administrative skills
  • High level of personal integrity
  • The ability to communicate both verbally and in writing, to a high professional level
  • A high degree of numeracy
  • Sound IT skills - a good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel are vital
  • Attention to detail
  • Team player
