This role is initially offered on a 12 month contract.

The successful candidates role will be:

To support the credit controller.
To contact customers on a daily basis by telephone, email, letter confirming invoice accuracy and delivery of goods

To contact customers on a daily basis by telephone and email to establish and confirm payment schedules and amounts.
Work with sales teams to ensure new customers are set up correctly as per procedures.

To assist with resolving invoicing disputes.
To perform other ad hoc duties as required.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a busy credit control / collections environment. You will also have to be customer focused and have the ability to work in a changing environment. A proactive approach to problem solving and the enthusiasm and drive to meet deadlines are the key to this role.

You will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

You will be highly proficient with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, Word and Outlook.

You will have a can-do attitude

You will have a proven track record of working well within a team

Salary is dependent on experience.

20 days holiday (plus additional 3 days at Christmas)
